Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on their size and value. Please be aware that a signature may be required on certain orders, to assure their safe and guaranteed delivery.

Items can be returned within 72 hours of receipt.*

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.  

NO Sales Tax on orders outside of South Carolina

*Please be aware that a valid phone number is required to be entered for online orders. Depending on an items value, we may reach out via phone call to confirm details of your order. An invalid phone number or unanswered/unreturned phone call may be result in the delay of an order shipping. 

**In the event that an item is damaged in transit, the damage must be reported by the customer to Sims Music within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Please be aware that original box, packaging, and shipping label must be saved in order for a damage claim to be processed.
