Shipping & returns

Many of the products listed on SimsMusic.com may be applicable for Free Shipping to the customer. If free shipping does not apply, the customer will be responsible for the published rate for shipping, decided by the shipping company. Shipping of products will be handled by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If the return of a product is needed at the responsibility of SimsMusic.com, a return label will be provided electronically for the product. If an item is being returned at the responsibility of the customer, the customer is to cover shipping charges and ship the item back to Sims Music via UPS or FedEx. If the return is to receive a refund, this will be applied to the customer's original method of payment, once the product is received and inspected by SimsMusic.com. Returns & Exchanges may be made within 72 hours upon the delivery of the product.
