The Evans 14" EC Reverse Dot Drum Head is designed to deliver superior durability, control, and a balanced tone for snare drums. Constructed with two plies of film—a 7mil top layer and a 10mil bottom layer—this head provides enhanced focus and attack while reducing unwanted overtones. The reverse dot, located on the underside of the head, adds extra durability in the center, where the most powerful strikes occur, without sacrificing sensitivity for softer playing. Its Sound Shaping Technology (SST) rings help to control overtones, giving drummers a clear, articulate sound across a wide dynamic range.
