This 2000 Fender Standard Roland Ready Stratocaster combines the familiar feel and sound of a classic Strat with a factory-installed Roland GK-2A synth pickup system. Made in Mexico, it features a comfortable contoured body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, three traditional Strat single-coil pickups, and a vintage-style synchronized tremolo. In addition to operating like a standard Stratocaster through its regular 1/4" output, the built-in GK system provides a 13-pin output for connection to compatible Roland guitar synthesizers and modeling equipment. Onboard synth volume, guitar/synth selection, and command buttons allow control directly from the guitar, making this a particularly versatile and unique Strat from the era.
