Now Accepting Curbside Ordering and Pickup

We are so thankful for all of the support we have received these past several weeks during these challenging times. It’s during times like this that local support is most important. Though limited, we have been dedicated to fulfilling all online orders we’ve received. Today, Gov. McMaster has begun to allow the reopening of some retail businesses where social distancing could take place. We have decided to provide more accessibility to our store and our support as we near a time to reopen publicly.

As of Monday, April 27, we will be open for curbside ordering and pickup Monday-Friday from 12pm-5pm. We will have phone support available Monday-Friday from 1pm-4pm. Any orders will be available for curbside pickup and will continue to offer free shipping on orders of $30 or more. We can help with orders over the phone or using our live web chat on simsmusic.com. Payments can be made on our website or using our Sims Venmo account (@simsmusic) for curbside pickup. If you have any questions on how to order please email us via [email protected]. Our guitar techs are ready to assist with any guitar setups, repair, or servicing needed and our support staff is ready to help with any instrument rentals/returns and are ready to answer any questions you may have. We can’t wait to one day reopen our store for the public but will continue to provide as much help and support as we can.
