Winter NAMM 2018 Day Two

Day Two at Winter NAMM was met with just as much gear and excitement as yesterday. Check out some of the brands we're bringing back to Sims Music.

Rickenbacker produced the world’s first electric guitar in 1932. Since then, they’ve expanded to make an array of guitars and bases, and we are excited to be bringing some back to Sims Music.

The K Zildjian Sweet Collection extends the iconic K Family into a new direction of tonal colors that are dark, sweet, and responsive. Available in a full offering of crashes, rides, and hi hats including larger and thinner sized cymbals to meet the versatile demands of today’s popular music.

Sabian FRX cymbals are designed for playing environments where other cymbals are just too much. They are NOT low volume cymbals. Rather, FRX work by cutting specific frequencies, resulting in the perception of lower volume. Remove these frequencies, and suddenly your cymbals sit perfectly in the mix, no matter how hard you play. We see these as a really advantageous product for churches, music lessons, and more.

Gretsch is celebrating their 135 year with a beautiful limited edition snare. They’ll only be producing 135 of them, so let us know if you’d like us to make an order for you.

Thanks for following along so far! Tomorrow we’ll be bringing a lot of guitars your way, so stay tuned!
